Came to Weilheim because of a tip, There are enough good Italians in our country, but we wanted to try something else. Service is professional and friendly and the ambiance was good. Time between 1 course and main course lasted 1 hour, which is a bit too long, but thanks to our lively conversation it didn't bother us, provided it was top quality. Unfortunately, even then the food was not a treat for the palate. The not cheap Angus beef was not tasty and my wife's porcini mushrooms tasted very different = had a tasty treat! We mentioned that, they apologized, but without any compensation. Result: not a second time

Never again ... a shame.

Truly, a gem. My standard of a tasty and well-cooked steak (for me, rare) and quality black truffle (for the tortellini) were met, and for the price, exceeded! The staff were following Covid-19 safety practices with masks covering the mouth and nose as well as hand sanitizer stations at the entry/exit ways, there is both indoor and outdoor seating and there is parking along the street (though in some places only 1 hr until 19:00, so maybe a hint to go later in the evening). It is about 30 min east from the Stuttgart Flughafen, so not absurdly far from Stuttgart, though would be well worth the trip if it was further. The standard menu was broad but not overwhelming, though the daily menu (or weekly ?), I think, is the way to go. The Argentinian steak (I had it rare) with green pepper sauce was phenomenal, like cutting butter (...of course a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the point). And trying my wife's truffle tortellini, my goodness... It can be difficult to find someone who sources quality black truffle and who uses it well, and not too sparingly. :) If you're a truffle person, that dish is a must-have. Finally, the staff. I'm writing this review in English, but of course we're in Germany. Their English isn't bad, but German, Italian and/or Spanish would work better. Their kindness and attentiveness, however, brings it all together: that is the real language of this restaurant. They created a feeling and ambiance of home, so I tripped through my German and the sweet lady serving us tripped through her English, there were smiles everywhere, and it really was a delicious, wonderful time. I hope to be back soon!

Fantastic atmosphere

Italian restaurant, refined and welcoming. The dishes are really high quality, the atmosphere is decidedly refined and warm. The welcome and kindness of the impeccable dining staff !! As an Italian, I highly recommend it !!!!

finally a real Italian restaurant excellent quality seems to be in Puglia

I found myself eating at this Italian-run restaurant, and as an Italian I felt at home. Excellent dishes. I ate a raw seafood for 2 people as an appetizer that looked freshly caught, really fresh. This is followed by lasagnette, prawns and porcini mushrooms and a second turbot with potatoes. I must say that it was all amazing. I highly recommend going there if you want to eat real Italian food just fine. Ps. I ate as sweet a diplomatic that was the end of the world .. also the selection of wines recommended as a pairing by the owner.

We had dinner in this splendid location tasting excellent fish dishes starting from the raw appetizer followed by an exceptional lobster pacchero and a baked turbot that delights the palate, all accompanied by an excellent wine list and a kind staff. qualified. Thanks and we'll see you soon.

A decidedly quality kitchen .. I was able to have lunch on the beautiful terrace of this restaurant overlooking the river. A romantic and relaxing setting. A great selection of Italian wines. We decided to order fish dishes and I must say I was ecstatic. Excellent value for money.

during a short holiday, we had the pleasure of dining in this refined and welcoming Italian restaurant. The dishes we ordered were much better than expected !! The quality and the research of the ingredients made us return to the tastes and aromas of our Italy despite being in Germany. The welcome and kindness of the impeccable dining staff !! As an Italian, I highly recommend it if you want to spend an evening of good Italian cuisine in an elegant setting with a touch of history ..

Unfortunately, the food was not good. The salad was a hair, no compensation. The ambience is very nice and the conditions were very attentive and very friendly. But in the restaurant decides the quality of the food and it was bad in 3 out of 5 people.

Very refined and refined restaurant, relaxing atmosphere, I ate in this restaurant and I can say that I was wonderfully impressed by the undoubtedly Italian and Apulian cuisine, excellent entrecote and filet with porcini mushrooms, pasta with fish sauce, baked monkfish with potatoes and small tomatoes that evoke Pugliese smells and flavors, and finally excellent desserts and an adequate account of the menu and context.

On recommendation of a friend we were there food. The mixed appetizer plate was tasty but a bit unimaginative. In contrast, the main courses (king prawns, steak and sole) were very good, nicely decorated and met the price. The bedside table was awesome and all in all we would gladly come back The details are noteworthy eg the espresso in a nice cup.

We parked our camper in this village and stumbled upon this restaurant. We thought it was to high profile but our hunger made the decision to go in. Wow! What a treat. Real Italian food and real service. The waitress was very helpful and the kids loved their pasta. My risotto was delicious! And the home brewed grappa ... wow ❤️🇮🇹

We were so satisfied, there were five of us here. We ate lasagna, rigatoni and grilled octopus, everything tasted so good! In addition, the restaurant is very nice. We are from very far away, but we think the route is worth it, if you want to eat here.
